Still have this problem not fixed yet. I cant spend potent blood.
I have 4 locked vampiric powers and 15K potent blood.
I cant post a picture here wtf.

I had this happen as well
i have made 2 different wizard builds and the same 4 vampiric powers stay locked on both my 1 wizard i maxed all the powers and it dos,nt recognise the other 4 . they are Ravenous,Hectic,Metamorphosis and Moonrise am goin to give up with wizards lol
they will fix when they see this, but im not sure they’ll see it.
have you completed all the seasonal quests ? Quests will unlock some vampire abilities.
Any news about that issue? Still I’m facing with the same issue
