Visions of Pain and Beastmaster's Bane bugged

I have been working my ass off, farming Escalation Keys, so that my partner and I could try for Visions of Pain and Beastmaster’s Bane. And we succeeded today. Or, he did.
We did the same run, together, on Torment IV, in 8 minutes and like 55 seconds or so. So well under 10 minutes. And the Amalgam was not resurrected.
He had the Beastmaster’s Bane since before, but he got Visions of Pain. I got nothing. I was the host, it was my key, and we were both very much alive during the fight. And I got nothing.

EDIT to add: We tried another time. Did it in like 8 minutes, no resurrections. I still got nothing.

EDIT 2: I am getting progress on Legacies of Hatred, so it is registering that I am indeed killing Astaroth. It just claims I have not completed Visions of Pain and Beastmaster’s Bane…

I’m the partner, I have the achievement from said run as Elvstigen describes.
We just did another run, timed it with a stopwatch and got the time 8 min 24,58 sec. Even if we account for any type of lag or timer missmatch from server, it shouldn’t be off with like 1½ minute. Can someone assist??
