Visual desync from gameplay after several teleports

After several teleports during gameplay, eventually, after one teleport the game starts to feel desynced, not sure how to call it cause it’s not stuttering or having low fps, but visually it looks like I have low fps.

I would have liked to post the video I recorded but I am not seeing an option to do so.

Hardware Info
I am playing on 3440x1440, using ultra settings without ray tracing.
GPU: Nvidia 4070
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
RAM: 64GB

As for internet, I am not having network issues. I am running on cable with an internet speed of 1 GB/s.

To understand the issue I really need to post a video but not sure where.

There is also an issue with teleport skill and with any other skill you move with (had it with barbarian charge aswell) after using the ability, you get frozen where you land. You cant attack or move for good 2-3 seconds. I dont know if its still in game but knowing activision blizzard; its still not fixed and remains in the game.

I cant believe you people still continue playing this game.
