The visual effect of aura of siphoning is much too intense, especially the outer blue-ish part.
Combined with Aura specialisation it fills half of the screen, obscuring the ground and making groud-hazards hard to seen.
Please tune it down, since this is a permanent effect it doesn’t need such a strong visual representation anyway. A faint green tint / swirls would suffice.

Excellent feedback, i concur.
The blue edges shouldn’t be there to mark the outer fringe of the aura, it’s unnecessary information as that’s shown with the green. And also, it’s unnecessary cause it’s too detailed.
The aura should be subtly green shades, imo. Bit less than presently but what really throws this aura’s feel off is the blue. It makes it less than an aura and more of a disc that moves with u. that’s acceptable, and even desireable, with the unlucky aura, because it’s a pentagram*… But it’s not when the aura’s supposed to emulate a poisonous mist. totally unnecessary and… hmm… this, on clouds: is it possible to create particle clouds, efficiently, that follows movement? like the mist would drag behind, i imagine.
*but even there: why not make it only the pentagram and skip the circular fringe? … food for thought: less is more. And also make the pentagram fading and shimmering, subtle it. Not everything has to be so clear. The effects stacking becomes clutter and confusing instead of immersive and expressive. you always overdo everything.
Edit: Actually, combined the blue make sense with the leech aura. Standalone it doesn’t.
Edit2: ‘Make sense’ as a picture, but not as an aura effect. An aura’s supposed to be subtle but nothing is. they do this every game: bigger and brighter. d4 is a bit better than d3 but not by much, the philosophy that explosions are entertaining beyond all other things is still prevalent.
One more thing:
I just noticed that the explosion from the “The Circle” fowers, when stepped on by a mob use the same FX.
It works much better here.
It starts small, rabidly expanding and then it’s over in about a quarter of a second. The bueish edge looks like a shockwave and the intensity is just right for a very short effect.
Blizzard, I’m just speculating, but could it be possible that you actually made a proper Poison-aura-FX, but someone accidentally linked the circle-flower-FX to it?
