Wanton Rupture Aspect Cooldown

Hey, i just read the patch notes for 1.2.0 and i must say that im quite exited for what’s coming.

One thing that rly bothers me is that there’s a 30-40 sec cd on the “Wanton Rupture Aspect” (presumably 15-20 sec on 2h).

I think there should be no cooldown on this aspect as I think I would never use it with this cooldown.

What’s your opinion on this? Would it be too strong without cooldown?

I agree, just commenting for support here. It’s weird too because the rupture specific items actually lower the CD of rupture such as Fields of Crimson and Weapon Master’s Aspect. This really doesn’t synergize well with either of them.
