I’ve recently come across a bug within the warplan system that isn’t allowing me to make any progress in it once I’ve used my three rerolls causing me to become soft stuck essentially due to not being able to complete any of my choices

Same happend to just now, i am stuck at war plan. Completing activity will not progress my plan. help

i haves ame problem how can i resolve this bug ? (war plan does not complete)
same problem cant finish war plan its stack at finish.
