I have seen numerous others not able to change their transmog. After a few seconds/clicks, it just reverts back to whatever ensemble you have equipped. I have searched extensively and not seen anything. Particularly worrisome that folks have PAID to wear different gear.
Could really use an answer from Blizzard.
