I’ve seen this reported before where cosmetics are lost, or unable to be equipped, but I’ve never found a work around or even a response from Blizzard?
I can no longer equip a pet to a new character, change the armour on my mount, the look of my weapons and changing one item on my character changes the whole appearance. Has this ever been addressed or resolved?
I don’t have a single issue about those cosmetic problems you report…
I’ve lost access to my Goat pet after the last season start. Interestingly enough I still have the Scapegoat pet equipped (bought the Advanced Premium Game Pass on Season 9), however the “regular” goat now shows as locked, as if I didn’t unlock the reliquary in the past season, and the line with its name is missing from the description (it just says PET). Hope this will be resolved…
