Sometimes blazing scream dont damage enemy it just pasts them and does nothing.

I thought I was the only one who’d noticed. Does Blazing Scream “roots/immobilizes” you to the ground as well to the point you’re barely spinning around? Warlock has a lot of bugs on console…
