Have all activities with 7 points and my warplans not are in lvl 10 tell me need 2 points more

I have a war plans issues. Fully completed but stuck at level 9, 7/8.
Common issue many players are seeing. It looks like the bug triggers when two War Plan activities level up at the same time. Haven’t seen any acknowledgement by Blizzard about it unfortunately.
