Since we all know, recent patches and new season is not bringing anything good, at least for us (Dads) that played all Diablo games and waited long for D4… I think you should offer us a refund. It’s very simple, no reasons, no excuses. Just offer us a refund and let us go wherever we want to go!
You didn’t deliver what you promised and in every other industry, if customer is not happy, he can return product and get money back.

as a dad, i do not agree with this. i have hundreds of hours in the game and i have had tons of fun.

While asking for refund is indeed a bit preposterous, there is also another side of that coin. Don’t trust live service games, those can change beyond Your control/previous experiences/due diligence research.
Age is no guarantee of wisdom I guess.

Have fun with your game, i have no problem with people having fun at all and i’m sure there will be a lot of them having fun.
I have problem with people telling me on live streams one thing, delivering another and then again telling me i was all wrong, i don’t understand! I have had this in my country goverment for 30 years and all the live streams seem exactly the same!
i agree 100% with your view, i bought diablo 1st day of general release and it was great ,5 days later after patch and other updates it is altered beyond belief and now its a broken pile of crap and no longer the game i payed £60 for , i too want a refund .
How can you criticize the new season if it hasn’t even arrived yet?
At least give it a chance to launch before ripping it apart.
The only real problem is that the game is not F2P. We spent $70-100 and they literally took the (half finished anyway) game away from us in a month. It’s almost like stealing.

Really, how? Maybe we know something about it? For example, that all the nerfs from the patch will be relevant for the season as well? Maybe we know about seasonal effects? Maybe we can read and count and were able to understand that the seasonal effects are poor and they do not compensate the changes in the PATCH?

They delivered exactly what they promised, a open world arpg with mmo elements, set in the Diablo universe. If you dont like the game, thats on you, not the game. You dont ask for a refund at the movie theater if you didn’t like the movie do you?
As for the latest balancing patch, clearly they messed up, and they are receiving our our feedback full force right now. Balancing isn’t like flipping a switch and make everything ok, things will be tuned up and down indefinitly, and perfect balance will never be reached, never has in any game ive ever known of.
Look, I am willing to read complaints and criticisms but if you are trashing something that has not even been released yet, then I cannot take you seriously.

We trashing something what is released. The base game is bad since release, but they made it worst with almost every single patch. Why we would believe that anything will change in 4 days? The game would need like 4-6 more months to be ready (and a new creative director).

We are talking about fully released game that was developed for 5+ years, planned for 10+ years. We’re not talking about Last Epoch that is in development and in Beta. We were promised fully finished game and it seems like they started building it 3 months before release.
If you said something like that about games that are in Alpha/Beta i would understand, but fully released game with this disballance, i can’t accept that.

And i’m not criticizing here things like OP builds, they needed nerf and everyone agree with this, but if you want to nerf Necro and Bone Spear because it gets too much from Vuln dmg, then don’t nerf Vuln in general (altho it needed some nerf).
This was since patch one, they nerfed all by 10-20%, not looking into details. This is what they still do… Just generally nerf everyone and thats it. Let people walk through open world and try to amuse them on the way like Lost Ark with mokoko shits.
I mean, in which world you’re releasing D4 game with 4 stash tabs, without any social stuff inside, no trade, no party finder. How’s this MMO? Starting with simple things to the more complicated ones, game sucks and it will never change.
And i so wanted to play it and i still want to play it. I want to take holiday and game 24/7 like i did when POE was released, this is what i want from Diablo 4 to be. But it’s not gonna happen!
I will still play, i paid for it, nothing else at the moment, but not buying anything anymore from them. No battlepass, not even 1e deal!
You dont ‘DESERVE’’ anything, you bought the game, you played the game for countless hours, you dont buy a white shirt, train in it until it becomes sweaty and brown and then return it claiming you want a refund because you dont like the colour of the shirt anymore and its stretched
I’m not sure if it’s a good example, because if it breaks due to a material defect or the color fades, the manufacturer is obliged to replace it within 2 weeks (in Europe at least).
