Clearing a Pit 95 and getting 5 ordinary legendary gear pieces is infuriating!
Clearing a 10 wave Hordes on T4 and getting a one or two Ancestral legendary pieces is infuriating as well.
I cannot for the life of me get all the gear pieces my build needs because I just can’t get an ancestral legendary AND get the right stats on it. What is happening? We got rid of rare gear drops so then crappy leggos can replace them? Weren’t you talking about “Reaching the end game ASAP because that’s what we all want to do and it’s the best part of the game”?
I have gathered 20 times more unique items than I have ancestral legendaries.
Please Change this so hunting for a gear piece stops being a hunt for a unicorn in the middle of a helltide!

This is because a suggestion from Rhykker. He suggested that maybe we shouldn’t have all aspects very quickly and reducing the ancestral drop would get people playing the whole season instead of just 2 weeks.
The other day I saw a video in which he said: “blame me, I suggested that”
Getting everything at once will also not bring anything good to the game.

I do agree with Rhykker, as often, since he has good design inputs (he considers multiple points of view, targets and fun in a really objective way) and as creativity.
At the same time, I still think that ancestral items should have max 1 GA per ancestral legendary and max 2 GA per ancestral unique.
Ancestral legendaries with 3 GA or ancestral uniques with 4 GA should be another level of gear and really rare neither necessary, call it Ethereal, Primal or whatever.
Last but not least, in case of proper leaderboards, trading should be deeply reworked or a SSF mode added.
As rare as ancestral items are, getting the aspects on them is a nightmare for upgrading the codex. Theres only so far aspects can go with normal legendaries, i havent seen a single upgrade in days for aspects, nevermind gear upgrades.
I agree that getting everything in a matter of hours is bad, but grinding for days on end without a single upgrade will also make people quit within 2 weeks. There needs to be a balance. Higher drop rates in T4, or higher pit stages. The drop rates right now seem fine for just getting into T1.

I do agree we don’t need to have everything right away but not getting ANYTHING you need is even more off putting. The balance in this season is really really really bad.
We need to have a consistent way of farming for something. I don’t mind the grind if I know there’s a way for me to get something eventually but with my tributes not working at all I have no ways of getting the stuff that I need! I have a power lvl 730 necklace and a dozen of Mythic uniques ffs!

Max aspects on ancestral legendary’s should be rare!
Ancestral legendary gear should not be rare it makes no sense for them to be so hard to get…
For example trying to change my Necro build so i need to farm up some gear but in many hours of trying to get said ancestrals i managed to get 2 both were of course crap and not usefull at all.
Is bliz trying to make people stop playing on purpose?
