Weird buzzing sound from the computer

I got a weird buzzing sound coming from my PC from when I open Diablo 4 it keeps going ingame aswell, but when I open the map tab this buzzing sound dissapears. I tried without sound / disabled sound drivers etc. I even tried 3 different GPU’s, I dont get this in any other games. The buzzing sound also dissapears when I alt tab out of the game to Windows.

Anyone had this bug, know a fix?

I suspect that it’s a GPU coil whine. GPU does this when it’s really busy.

If he tried 3 different GPU’s it is not coil whine, it sounds more like his PSU is on its way out tbh.

Yea, could well be PSU.
