I just killed a goblin and it dropped a journal quest item called “Endless fortune”.
Like a pale blue quest item.
It says “there are some notes tracking the movements of a goblin, name ostaf”
So it looks like its already in the game!
I am intrigued! Will update if I progress it. 
Just turns into a side mission, good reward though!
