So I got an item “AMULET OF GIANT STRIDES” with “Reduces the Cooldown of Leap by 3.8 [1.9-3.8] seconds […]”
For me that means, its the maximum roll, right?
But at Occultist I only have “Reduces the Cooldown of Leap by 2.5 [1.3-3.5] seconds […]”
Whats wrong here? Or am I wrong?
Amulets boosts Aspects with 50%.
That bonus is removed when shown at Occultist.
And I also think it has to do with Item level, but I can be wrong.

When I put the “… Leap by 2.5 [1.3-3.5] …” on a new Amulet it says “… Leap by 3.8 [1.9-5.3] …”.
So its just an annoying display bug on the item I found…

It’s definitely bugged. Rings that drop has a range of 1.3-2.5. When imprinted on a ring, it says 1.3-3.5.
