they are saying big changes coming up like a carrot on a stick but dont see any
3 months between seasons and they cant create any new area or classes just copy paste powers. Season 11 is just nerv the players power see we are working on big changes ???

The copy/paste seasonal powers are getting old, ill give you that, but they wont do big things like areas and classes in a seasonal update, they save that stuff for expansions.
Yes, they deffinitly do oversell their “big changes” as something to be excited for, when in reality, they are just scrambling to fix the game. 2 years and they are still revamping core game systems and mechanics, it isn’t exactly going great.
As for a expansion reveal, i would expect it at the game awards in december. It surprised me they didnt announce anything at gamescom, so game awards is the next big thing coming up. The next Blizzcon isnt till November 2026, so thats far too late, the expansion should already be out by then. Im betting on a reveal at Game awards.
This game is cr4p. The last time, I bought the expansion, played 6h, see the game still sh1t and logged off. From time to time I enter in this forum (like today) just to laugh on how deplorable this game is and its white knights forever-defender fanboys who accept anything.
