When will we get lag fix already?

i cant believe that after 4 season in diablo 4 we still didnt get lag fix, my ping constantly jumping from 60 to 2000, mostly usualy oround 200 and 400, its unplayable, constantly dying cos micro stuters, micro frezes, lag spikes, when i dash game just freezing for a second, invisible walls, all this well known problems and i hate seeing people talking obout new expansion and new class while game is unplayable, how the actual frick can we play and enjoy new expansion when we cant normaly play, game feels like some cheap or free to play chinese game that made some highschool kid. i hate seeing that all top streamers sold their soul to company and noone talks obout this problems, most of them actualy live and stream from US close to servers and have ping below 30 and they dont care, but everyone else, especialy us in EU we have so bad ping, and unstable ping, do fricking something already, and guys talk more obout this, let new players stop buying this bulshit when they see this problems, so maybe then bÄŤizzard will do something, like this they just grabing our money and not giving us what we payed for, we payed to play game and we cant play it, its a fraud, its a scamm, and we should ask for refund!!!

This is all capitalism: minimum costs, maximum benefits. Ye can’t change companies without first changing people’s minds. This is a global, complex problem that cannot be solved simply.

have you checked your internet connection?
what is a local’ish website you have in the EU?
for example in a cmd prompt try pinging the website to see what ping you have. ping bbc .co .uk
also check your DNS - if not setup as the following and see if it helps your connection.
google DNS 1.1.1.1 - can help reduce pings/connections

also check your MTU setting, look up how to check MTU, could be where you are located you may experience packet loss,
so adjusting MTU to a lower level will help

That is YOUR internet/network connection, sorry. I have constant pings of sub 40ms even in busy areas 99% of the time. The very rare times were I see pings over 100ms are when there are actual issues with the servers (or my ISP is having a breakdown), both of which are actually rare.
