All my seasonal headstones are GONE from all my characters. Not just those from the current season, but also the ones from previous seasons. Granted, this is definitively the piece of content I care less about, but I would still like to know why this has happened.
Was this planned and announced, and I just missed the memo? Is it intentional? Is it a bug? What’s Blizzard’s policy with regards to in-game content that, once acquired, was supposed to be PERMANENT and account wide?
I’d like to have these questions answered before forking up more cash for more battle passes \ cosmetics and such stuff… I thought that stuff was permanent, now it looks like they can wipe it any time they like? Am I missing something?

facing the same problem.
This is a real issue for you guys at Blizzard. Some of the headstones are paid cosmetics and now users can’t use them because they disappeared.
So we can not trust the intregrity of your shop anymore?
Should we talk about compensation?

I ALSO (on Console I’ve first found out) lost all my headstones. Got my portal effects, but no headstones left. as if I’ve never unlocked one. And as a Heavy Cosmetic loving player… I’d Love to know where the hell they’ve gone

To be absolutely precise, I’m still able to equip headstones from cosmetic bundles bought from the in-game shop. The ones that are GONE, like they never even existed, are the two I had from season 2, and the two new ones from season 3 (I began playing D4 in season 2).
It really looks like a deliberate act; maybe they are trying to lighten up the game engine in anticipation of the heavy itemization rework that’s been announced for next season, and they figured, of all the content, headstones are the one no one’s really going to miss that much?
Whatever the case, I’d like an official explanation; if this was planned and announced beforehand, please point me to that specific statement, so I can understand the reasons behind it. If it was done without any prior notice, I personally think that’s the wrong way of handling things, and an explanation is urgently needed.
While seasonal headstones are not exactly “paid” content ,as I believe they were available with any tier of battle pass, including the free one (but I’m not 100% sure about this), it nonetheless feels bad: you are messing with people’s Wardrobes, which is perceived as a “SAFE and PRIVATE” section, kinda like the stash, and I believe that a statement has to be made, in an official manner, to explain how and why that decision to mess with people’s wardrobe was taken, and how and why it may be done in the future. I hope it won’t take too long…

It looks like this issue is unworthy of the D4 PR team’s attention… It would be amusing if someone brought it up during the next live Q&A session… Granted, they can censor any unwanted question, and if they’ve decided that additional headstones are “pay only” content from now on, there’s little to be gained from even bringing this up.
Still, it would be nice to know if OTHER content may also be deleted in the future, and HOW and WHY this kind of decisions are made, rather than to be completely ignored.
9000 staff working on D4, or so I’ve heard, and they can’t even find the time to answer one single, very legitimate question about content that people thoght of as permanent, but now has been deleted from one day to the next one?
Are you sure you can’t assign a couple more staff to moderate the forum and answer questions about a game that’s 9 months old, and supposed to be a blockbuster for years to come?

Joining the line of unhappy players/customers… Purchased the Season 3 battle pass and claimed all rewards, but no headstones in the Wardrobe. Not only did I not receive the Season 3 headstones contained in the battle pass, but also my Season 2 headstones have disappeared as well. (PC)
Portals and armours are there tho…

Exact same, The Wardrobe in the map even has the icon that there is new items to view but headstones are completely empty
