Where are my renown from the eternal realm?

I logged in the game with my char before the patch, after the patch, created my seasonal char and have no additional skill points.
do i have to annoy customer support again because i really don’t feel like doing all that shit again.

I have this exact same issue, I thought skill points go to seasons as well from eternal characters earned renown

open your map then collect renown rewards

Yeah map is open but can’t open the renown section at all

i double checked, there was nothing to collect.
will log in with eternal char, delete and create a new seasonal char then post again.

I had to play for a while and then it popped up.

You logged in with your character before patch? You need to login with your character after patch

Deleting my char, logging in with the eternal char, then creating a new seasonal char then playing for a while did the trick.

i only got about half of my renown rewords that i had unlocked

I got the same problem. I logged in on my lvl 100 character with completed renown after patch. Then I created a seasonal character and although I got the entire map visible I’m missing like 50-70% of the altars of lilith. This is ridiculous.
