Where does the +20 Intelligence come from, that i haven't purchased?

I found the yellow “Mage” glyph for the skeletal mages. For every 5 intelligence purchased I’m supposed to get +2.6% increased damaged for my skeletal mages. Thing is, I have no intelligence purchased within range and I’m still starting with 20 / 40 purchased. How come? Where is the 20 purchased coming from?

(If i do purchase +5 intelligence within range, the glyph says 25 / 40.) Can someone please clarify?

You probably have 2 rare nodes in range. In some paragon boards these rare nodes gives +10 int among with something else. That int also does contribute to your glyph slot if it is in range.
