I am very disappointed because there are no cgi cinematic for all acts. Diablo III was so good with all cgi cinematic acts and now Diablo IV is much worse. It feels you dont want to work hard to give us anyhting good enough like Diablo III so what so going on with dev team? The question is why?

On expansion for sure.
They went lazy with all this. I have absolutely loved to follow the story and especially enjoyed D2 and D3 cinematics. I loved those things, ive seen them many times because of it. When Diablo 4 was released, I was eager to run it through to see all the new cinematics, I was so much waiting for it. Only to find out, there are basically none, the very few which are were very low quality and short. It just wasnt quality project at all this one.
