One question-where is customer care for ps5? I don’t see any respond from them…

Yep no reply no where , followed Blizzard since i was a kid , dissapointment is a understatment . 18hrs later im still in a cue played for 10 mins only right at the start before i got booted on xbox one x

Not sure if you’ve followed Blizzard much as of late, but they had a huge firing spree of their QA/CS team a few years back and never bothered replacing them.
Activision only cares about profit margins and their shareholders, not the games themselves unfortunately. Forum responses are rare, but they have mentioned that they are looking into console perpetual queue.
They’ve always cared more about PC versions of the game, though.
