Why is there no in-game chat? The game misses a lot. In my opinion and many others want a global chat. Give people a choice. If someone doesn’t want the chat, turn it off in the settings. Many people have entered the game even to show off and now? emptiness playing without communication with many players. Please add chat to the game!!!

Umm. There IS a chat function.
Press up on the D-Pad, then select open Chat from the radial menu.

Trade chat is the best option currently for global chat but you have to enable it in the settings. Because of this it’s rather dead and barely anyone talks.

That’s Local Chat, not Global Chat. I too am baffled by the lack of a Global Chat (besides Trade, good work-around).
