Where is the pit of artificer?

i HAVE ms, SO VERY CLOUDY BRAIN. bUT i cant find the Pit of Artificer to get to Torment level 1

It is in Cerrigar, the main town of Scosglen.

they should just have all this stuff in every town. all the vendors, all the activities. i don´t like going to dreary ass cerrigar and be surrounded by the slop-eating cosmetically peacocked out players faving that town.

They should was bored so went back to playing D3 they got that to work in D3 just have the pit placed in a location of every major town.
