Why, and again Why?

Please anyone, do enlighten me.

I’ve played Diablo games since 1994 when the first game was released, not once did I encounter a vampire or anything close to a vampire, I know demons and such could have vampiric abilities, but there was never a true vampire in the lore.

Suddenly, after Blizzard creates this offshoot they call “Immortal”, we get a Diablo 4 and for some reason vampires start to be a thing. I’m not dumb, they wanna pull more people into both games to get more money with their monetization schemes, but still the vampires feel so forced somehow, it completely kills any interest for me to play this game, and I am more then certain that they plan to add the game “Immortal”, “Blood Knight” into Diablo 4, and to that I say… WHY???

What was so wrong with the Classes we all love, like the Paladin, Crusader, Demon Hunter etc. If Blizzard wanted to add new classes, they could have just added a system like “Grim Dawn” has, where you make combinations of abilities from 2 Base Classes and it turns into a kind of Hybrid.

Another thing, the backpack space with gems and such, in the old games “Titan Quest” and also in “Grim Dawn”, you unlocked a secondary bag space while leveling up and doing side quests, how is that a hard thing to add into a game, instead of doing whatever side quest and get a few flowers and some pennies.

How did the team of Diablo 4 fail so horribly in being innovative, with a marked full of aRPG’s, where you could easily have tried and played, then taken inspiration from already existing games, and made the ultimate aRPG.

The answer is simple, “Wokeism” and Greed, the product and fans comes second too appeasing the Share holders and the Woke mob, it’s sad to see a great company fallen so far down it’s way down deeper than the deepest part of “Hell”.

I am thankful for the Diablo 4 Core game and story, not perfect by any means, but as a old fan of the franchise, that will be it for me until you make something that actually is connected to the main lore and the core of what Diablo games are, if more of that Immortal comes through, count me out, I came to play Diablo, not Immortal.

And yes, I do not count Immortal as a Diablo game, it is it’s own thing, and it has nothing to do with Diablo at all, It’s like those Asian game copies that pop up on the market once in a while, based on a popular game, they make to get some easy cash.

Anyways, I needed to vent and rant, and there are some questions in there. If you have an answer to them do tell me, because I cannot wrap my head around it fully. Anyways, I will follow the evolution of Diablo 4, but I am going to vote with my time and wallet, and go play something else, that actually cares about the end users of the product more then Share Holders and Woke Mobs.

“sigh” Later…

You know what is the funny thing about Diablo Immoral (Immortal) and Diablo 4?
Early days when Diablo 4 was still in the works, it was 90% similar to Immoral. Meaning they most likely used Diablo Immoral as a base of which they built Diablo 4. This is why they most likely never wanted to release Diablo Immoral on PC because it was so obviously visible with Diablo 4. Mobile game turned into PC game.
