This guy uses a bot to cheat in Diablo IV. He uses Blizzard on cooldown, stays in the range of an event, waits for somebody else to clear the event, and then he takes the reward and goes back to his place to wait for somebody else to clear out another event. And there is no option in battle.net support to report such behavior!
Why?
Botters exists as long as Blizzard make a games. This is never ending story. They probably will do the same as always - ban thousands of them in few shots. Of course - as always - they couldn’t prevent them to exists… 
Kite enemies over to them.
If it it botting it may get killed.
If it’s a good bot it will probably just kill them and go back to it’s spot .
Also, how does this affect you? You get your own treasure because it is instanced. And this is a terribly slow and ineffective way to get loot Vs actually playing.
