Playing solo in this game means you are gimping yourself in terms of getting Mythics. However Blizzard stops you from creating a party with other players if you don’t pay for Xbox Live (and I presume its the same on Playstation).
But why is this? This is not technical limitation. A game like Warframe is free and allows you to party up with anyone regardless of you having Xbox Live.
