Why does lilith looked better on pictures and videos? but in game movie lilith doesnt look like lilith

Different artistic portrayals of the same character.

The 2D and digital artists are not, necessarily the same people as the 3D modelers, each having their own unique styles…then, atop that, 3D modeling comes with restrictions that 2D and digital artists don’t have, so 3D modelers have to work around those restrictions. So, to simplify:

  • Style.
  • Medium.
  • Working within the restriction of a medium.
  • Oversight asking for slight changes to a design.

Same reason characters in Magic The Gathering often look different between depictions of the same character. I do agree with you though…Lilith doesn’t look as great in-game as she does in some of the artistic depictions, my avatar here included. This avatar is slick.
