Its the only key passive that doesnt work at all with everything i tried. Anyone knows why and what i can do to fix it

I have sort of the same problem. It seems i have the Kalan’s Edict Passive on, at all times, even though i have chosen Shadowblight.
Same issue, neither Shadowblight nor Kalan work, Shadowblight doesn’t even pop up, and the Kalan effect doesn’t show under stats. Its very disappointing, almost all good builds for necro this season is build around these. Not sure if the Devs would address it in 28th Patch, this issue was there even last year 2023.

U guys are tripping shadowblight or kelans work just fine.
Yeah both work for me. Shadowblight is especially noticible with blighted aspect because of the little icon it displays. Alsp Kalans Edict works but if your minion attack speed is already 100% then it will go no higher. Minion attack speed is capped at 100% and your attack speed is capped at 100% which means minions can only inherit 100% from you. Kalan’s will not display in the stats screen.
Same here and last patch didn t solve the problem
