The capability to drop in and join some random player’s game like we had in D3, or hell… a lobby system from D2?
As it was in the Beta either I’m blind or there was no such function… just to either join your friend, or to party up with someone you encounter out in the Open World.
Or was this disabled? There was that “Play” button on the top of the screen that did nothing…
If you pressed O the social tab would come up and it would show everyone in your local world in game, you could party up like that. I’m not sure if there was any other method, but the game is always multiplayer and you’re not creating or joining games like in D3, the game just puts you into a multiplayer world by default, always.

and that’s a social aspect you won’t get out of any legendary weapon. You may not know, but people can sometimes talk to a random person they met online - it’s called virtual friendship
Yes - that button was broken. I didn’t think it was supposed to be used to play with other people. But I think there should be an option in the window with people in the city " LOOKING FOR A TEAM ".
at least for that nightmare dungeons a “find party” will be needed.
