I have the last version windows 10 . today i have updated . install beta diablo 4. press start game. and i get messages 'You need at least Windows 10 (version 1909) . i have bought maximum pack diablo 4 and can’t play this. WTF?

Well first of all: you can’t play rn anyway because it’s not open yet whichever windows version you would be running.
What is your windows 10 version? (You can press Windows button+R and open winver to find that out)

24-26 days are diablo 4 beta . So i can play this days. 19045.2728 windows version.

    Well you do have the latest windows 10 update which is even on 22H2 so it’s definetly at least version 1909 there’s no doubt about that so it seems to be a bug but whether that’s a bug in Diablo 4 or your OS i can’t tell. You should try contacting the support before the open beta actually begins, you probably won’t be getting an answer here.

Upgrading to Windows 11 is not an option i guess?

I can’t upgrade to windows 11 due to i have intel core i7 6700 and window have said that processor doesn’t supported upgrade to 11)

Не( написал в поддержку , сказали файлик какой то на почту отправить, вот жду второй день уже. Не поиграть никак в бету щас(. А винду на 11 через iso менять лень

can be fixed by updating ur windows using either windows update or windows cd(or iso or whatever)

i above have written that updated my windows yesterday to last version. and didn’t help. Support said that i have last version my windows when i send my file version windows

in my cases it is update windows 11 by iso file. it is one variant how i can fix that(. But it is problem in blizzard developers…

You don’t need to update windows, it works on 7 just fine despite it’s protests. The problem is a bad install or something in your video drivers. Had the same issue in closed beta. Reinstall your video drivers and if that doesn’t work, do a repair on D4. Arguably it works on 7 better than it does 10 lol.

yes i have just checked my drivers and i had new drivers nvidia for diablo 4 beta. i have updated , but this didn’t help me( and i not more idea what to do me(

I have the same problem. Wasted 80€ now… thinking about a refund.
