Would be very very nice if the new class will be the Witch, not Sorceress, but Witch.

Yes, thank you for bringing this up.
If the new class is witch I will switch from rogue to witch. It’s the only replacement I can think of.
The witch should be an old crone.

Why would they push out “witch” when there is a sorcerer.
The next class will be very likely witch doctor or similar, but I doubt its a witch as is.
Ok but the spiritborn is similar at witch doctor, so I hope one day will be a witch, in my language the witch doctor is called shaman, maybe would be funny to insert a new class: shaman.
Spiritborn is no even close to a witch doctor. It was a monk turned into nature. Not a witch doctor.

I mean a witch, a black cat, curses, charms and spells, knowedge of herbs, maybe a toad, a cauldron, maybe also a wicth’s broom …

doesn’t sound like something that fits in diablo as a playable class. ok, adria was a witch, but do you want to sit at a cauldron all day brewing potions? doesn’t sound like fun to me, even fishing in wow sound more interesting.
na, better some witchdoctor variation
The cauldron could be the season’s backdrop, the familiars cosmetics for the mascot.
A witch could fight demons with curses and talismans, shadow magic, or demon summoning (perhaps demons forced to fight other demons due to a constraint of the summoning itself or a curse).

it’s called a strawman when you make a weak argument and then attack that argument rather than the actual argument. it’s a common fallacy, an argumentation error.
you like something other than witch, ok. that’s fine but making things up isn’t. especially ridiculous things.

“sorcerer? i don’t want to read dusty tomes all day. that doesn’t sound fun at all.”
