Half of the time wolves don’t even leap to the enemy I ordered them to attack - they just stay and continue fighting like I didn’t use the skill at all, but the skill goes on cooldown. Sometimes one of the wolves gets randomly stuck in the air and cannot do anything until I run far enough for him to reappear.
Edit: It seems the issue with wolves not leaping can be observed only outdoors. In dungeons they work fine, but outside they just tend to often ignore command (they’re not stunned).

This is also more apparent when you have the aspect which turns your wolves into werewolves. Their giant size causes them to get stuck in the far more frequently.

Let’s be real here. The entire Companion tree system should be reworked, or just redesigned.
The wolves should be a PACK, not two of them super super lame. despite it being a tiny tiny legendary aspect that increases this to 3 total xD…
The ravens should be a flock following and attacking constantly.
The poision is just, so boring…

I have observed this bug as well. And yes Druid summons are a little underwhelming in general. I don’t get why there is no bear summon either. But at least Druids can (sometimes) command their minions, Necromancers are even worse lol.

I have the same problem. Very frustrating after gearing for this build.

can confirm as July 30th 2023, this is still an issue where the Wolves with Legendary Aspect of the Alpha (Turns into werewolves) do in fact… still get stuck in the air, taking out a significant chunk of their damage when they cant reliably use the Active skill.
Fingers crossed that the August 8th Patch for 1.1.1 fixes this bug.

Im running my own companion build and this bug is really forcing me to stop playing, i have 3 companions and im luck if 1 of them is attacking due to the others being stuck all the time.
Season 5, this bug still exists… it seems be getting worse the longer I play.
I do not think the devs really wanted the Druid to have companions, they would have don’t something about this a long time ago and made the companion skills worth using on their own merits. I may have to remake my druid as another build. such a shame.
You can have 6 of them and thats when the bugs really come out. My ears explode when the buggy crit overpower leap sound simultaniously explodes and then they dissapear to the ground.
