Your whole set up sucks AND the memory leak is STILL there

So I have been getting back into D4 with the new season, play for 3 days no issues. Then my game randomly crashes out and forces an update. Since then the game will random crash claiming corruption, which I do scan and repair everything is fine.
Play the game for a few hours same thing. Nothing on my system has changed, just your BS update. I’ve done memtest, event logs and all that stuff, all come back clean.

Then your damn launcher won’t work, so I can’t reinstall Diablo 4 cause I can’t uninstall it. Eventually get it to work, uninstall D4 and Battlenet. Battlenet installs fine, yet it’s literally a roll of the dice if your crappy downloader will use the 900gbps+ speed available to it, or 30kbps. Again, all system and internet diagnostics are fine, I’ve done all the stupid troubleshooting you suggest instead of you just fixing your damn servers for downloads.

If you spent more time actually fixing your crap instead of making 25quid damn cosmetics, this wouldn’t be an issue. Have a word with yourselves and fix your shit.

Edit:
To add on to this, your most recent update has trigger a memory leak.
It’s using much more RAM than normal and causes crashes with Event Viewer citing Diablo 4 is using way too much virtual memory and crashed when it ran out. Taking my system with it.

I have seen the horror stories about people having this and people blaming rigs… software… users… anything but the game itself. I was literally running this for a whole week with no issues at all, I get booted to the launcher, an update immediately happened and since then the game runs like crap.

I have done every memory test going and all come back clear, there are no hardware errors and nothing else was changed in the system. But now your cruddy game eats RAM, screws VRAM with and without DLSS, and apparently uses all the page file and takes everything down to boot.

I have fully reinstalled battle net and Diablo 4 and even refreshed my OS and this problem still persists. You guys are a damn joke at times.

same here. random crashes to desktop. around 20x a day black screen after teleport (you need to restart game and lose all your elixiers etc each time)

100% a blizzard bug. even 5 minutes before start of new season everything was working.

its not a driver issue. not a bios issue. not a hardware issue (everything updated/checked).

its a blizzard/microsoft issue only. they even confirmed it some time ago in a random reddit post.

this guys should have moved to another job a long time ago. we have the “worldboss spawned” bug still there too. ridiculous.

but they introduce a new cosmetics pet for 25$ every day. ridiculous.

Agreed!

I mean imagine if you bought the season pass for something to grind only to find now your game is unplayable.
I had forgotten the world boss crap, so annoying having the “boss spawning in…” constantly pop when there’s nothing at all happening.

They seriously need to focus on actually fixing their game breaking issues instead or trying to wring more money with overpriced cosmetics.

No issues here what so ever. No crashes, No lag, No stuttering, nothing. No crashes either.

7700x , 32 gb ram , 4080 super, w11 24h2.

Btw, never had any issues with d4. not from the start.

Good for you dude.
I didn’t either until the most recent micro update.
Then it all went to hell.

Your entire account history has only Blizzard excuses and blaming players who are users of a product.

Since the last update my Diablo IV can’t get to the character choice screen, gets stuck and goes to 20 GB ram usage and after a couple of minutes gets killed by Windows.

I’m very sure it’s not a me problem.

Hello, I’m getting a “Network Disconnect” message after teleportation I missed 2 seasons, but this hasn’t happened before and it’s annoying! I looked at all the tips, but they didn’t help.

Thats why there are tens of thousands players playing without a problem, and you are posting here. because it’s not a you problem.

You need to stop thinking if YOU have a problem, everyone else should have it too.

Same issue here. I get the black screen, I’m forced to close the game, then my pc freezes for several minutes before I can launch it again. It doesn’t matter if I kill the process on task manager or I close it from menu.
