I’ve played D2, D3, D2R and other ARPGS quite extensively, with that in mind - I simply feel the game is too zoomed in, every single time I logged onto the game, I scrolled my mouse wheel trying to zoom out, because it just felt like I was too zoomed in.
I understand there is reasons why you cant see the ENTIRE world, and can zoom out to extreme levels, but if you could allow us to zoom out, another like 10% maybe that would be great.
Thats it.
I want a more zoomed out view too.
It makes the game feel like a mobile game port. It was annoying in POE but this feels unnaturally close.
Any news regarding this problem?
There is no news as this isn’t going to be a feature that will be working on any time soon, if they will even work on it.
So I wouldn’t expect anything to come of this request.
its the exact same camera as Diablo Immortal, they used the same dimensions for both games, what a joke
What is it with game zooming in so close lately? Hogwarts Legacy is the same, wanted that to zoom out also.
I would say the reason behind it being the way it is, is because of consoles. It’s easier to create for the console and then port to PC.
Just wanted to give my 2 cents. Playing PC with an LG 32" 2k 160Hz Monitor, using the Rogue class i keep trying to shoot mobs outside of my FOV (and getting shot by them), i feel i’m not using my rogue to the fullest with the current Zoom settings. and the character is just way too big on my screen.
Would be possible to increase the ZOOM to about 25% more? It’s one of those things it makes NO SENSE not to have implemented. A game is all about player choice on how we like to play, it’s one of those changes which the outcome will only bring benefits to all.

I simply just want to zoom out more since i come from games like Grim dawn and Last epoch. Its just annoying seeing the game so zoomed in. I feel like an old woman driving a car with her face smacked in the windshield
Yes, please for the love of God let us zoom out more. I want to like Diablo, but this makes me crazy…

every single person feels that the game is too zoomed in… even in endgame i still catch myself sccrolling the mousewheel when i get off my horse. its painful to watch
100% Needs more zoom.
As things are now, I would never recommend this game to anyone I know, as its too zoomed in and therefore user-unfriendly coming from literally every other ARPG Ive ever played.
15-20% more max zoom and all these thousands of complaints (and the hundreds of thousands of players who hate the zoom but cba to write in a forum about it) would be singing the games praises with friends and family. As it stands I would never consider buying cosmetic items or DLC as the game forces an annoying camera zoom on me.
Please Blizz just patch more zoom, job done. You will get more sales from happy players than annoyed ones.
