Hey!
I was wondering if there’s any place where I can check where I’m standing with the 1000 win portraits. I know I can see my ranked wins with each class, but if I’m not mistaken arena wins count as well towards the new hero portraits, and I’m not sure how to check those. Thanks! 
When you select a deck for a game, you see a counter of the number of wins you have with that class.
As long as you have a deck for each class, that allows you to check all by just clicking each deck in succession (and never actually starting the match).

Since about a year ago (I forgote the exact date it started), Arena runs do count towards the portraits.
Older Arena runs never counted and were not retro-actively counted.
You can see your total arena wins in the quest log screen. There is no way to see Arena wins broken down per class, nor a way to see how many of your total arena wins were after the rule change.

Yeah the only number you can see is ranked + arena wins (since they started counting). So that number is how near you are to 1000, you won’t have any hidden extra arena wins adding to it.
