I am astonished, this card does not suit your magnificent design knowledge. Min. 3 dmg+ 20 times…Let the hero die too. It would be a safer design. Just my opinion.
It should not go face or not twice… two times is a bad thing in this game for a card text… many times proved… They should just stop printing such cards already. When something triggers twice for a class… the balance killed.

I kind of agree with that it probably should not go face or limit the damage on the 2nd hit, but this card is also the reason the taunt card Dirty Rat haven’t been removed from standard mode as long as the card Colossus is in standard
Funny thing is when I had Dirty Rat and Youthful Brewmaster in my Imbue deck… usually I needed for both to get the Colossus out of the mage hand… just the Dirty rat was not effective enough… it was just too low the chance to force out Colossus… Too many times I needed to use Dirty Rat 3 times to get that stupid Colossus… and these two cards made my deck hell slow… I feeled it was just not worth the time and effort to play such slow matches… even I won some.

I agree, I remember the times of Leeroy doing 12 face damage was considered OP from hand yet now we have a card that just dealt 16 face damage and is not even a Legendary a RARE?? Wth… As a warlock main I miss the howlfiend defile combo;s which combatted holding cards like this which are basically an I WIN card.
Please make cards to disrupt card hoarding and dirty rat is not effective enough because its super unreliable against these types of cards we need a card which says "Make the opponent discard their oldest card (Out of the 3 oldest cards in their hands) " or “The highest cost card is discarded” or just some way to combat it.
Or change it to “On your next turn Deal X damage twice to the enemy twice” so at least you can have a chance to mitigate or destroy it, A battlecry this strong is beyond stupid.
