During the q & a I read something about xp achivements. Maybe I am wrong and if I am pls clarify. Will the achivement regarding the new expansion not give xp anymore after the next one comes out?
Do you happen to have some link to that? I wonder too if the XP will still be available or not. I still have some to complete, and although there is still some time, some clarification would be interesting.

Yes, it’s been confirmed by senior dev Ayala that once this expansion/rewards track rolls out the achievements that award xp will give you achievement points only. It kinda makes sense because they’ll have a new track with new achievements to complete. So hurry lol.
It makes sense as these are the Darkmoon Faire achievements so does make sense that you couldn’t save them for the next expansions reward track. It’s what I’d always presumed from the start 
Yes I read this too. I dont see the point why achievements cannot be completed later on. But I did not see the point of special followers not available after a while in WoW either. I don’t think this can make people continue playing, but it demoralizes ones who take a pause or start later. But this is a Blizzard “policy”. Like when you don’t get compensation when they mess up something.
