Alexstrasza - Queen of Dragons bugged

I just chose Alexstrasza as hero in battlegrounds. The Queen of Dragons hero power is supposed to let you discover a dragon that unlocks at tier 4. Nothing popped up at the start of the game, so I didnt discover a dragon. Then when getting to tier 4 I didnt get any dragon from doing it, obviously, since it didnt give me the opportunity to discover one at the start.

Anyone else had the same issue?

It reads: at the start of your turn, discover a dragon (unlocks at tier 4). It doesn’t say ‘at the start of the game’. It won’t work on the turn you upgrade to tavern 4, you’ll discover a dragon on the turn after you upgrade the tavern (and every turn after that).
