Just tried to play a game in arena EU server, and got the message “sorry, the arena is currently disabled”, anyone else having this? cant find any message from bliz regarding this.
Yea, it’s disabled. I think they’re bringing in those changes which are mentioned in the latest patch.
Just to confirm & for extra visbility: Arena is indeed disabled; it was also added to the known issues post. 
[Added 11/10] We are tracking reports that Arena Discover and random generation pools have not been functioning after Patch 24.6.2. The team is investigating this issue and hopes to have more information soon. Update: Arena has been temporarily disabled while this issue is being investigated and resolved.

what is the estimated time for this? its been like 10 hours now.
Everyone, latest hotfix has reopened the Arena.
All runs will resume where they were prior to the Arena closing. Players who played any Arena matches in the short period when the bug was live have been compensated with a free Arena ticket.
Additional update:
The Demon Hunter Legacy Set has been added to the Arena pool.
