I just got 185 gold and 1 card pack after a 7 wins arena run, is this normal? I remember higher rewards this was like 4 wins arena

I am not aware of any changes; random variation does of course happen.
One rule I am sure never changed is that any 7-or-better run is guaranteed to give at least 150 gold (plus other rewards); whereas any 6-or-less run is guaranteed to pay less than 150 gold. (That’s why 7 wins is called “going infinite”: you get your money back).
So your memory of getting 185 gold and a pack for 4 wins is definitely wrong.
Lol 185 gold for 7 wins is near the highest you can get. For 4 wins you’re guaranteed to get 50g and the max is like 100g and my knowledge is from 4-6 years ago.
well it might be my msitake but i thought it would be a better reward for a 7 win run
