When Augmented Elekk is on table and you trade a card it will not shuffle an extra copy in deck. When a card is traded it will not end up on bottom of the deck, thus it was shuffled.
So either Augmented Elekk should get tag (except traded) or it should trigger and shuffle the traded card(s)
According to the Hearthstone wiki, the tradeable card is not actually shuffled, despite it working in almost the exact same way. It’s one of these “invisible” mechanics, apparently.

Cards like Lorekeeper Polkelt seem to be under this general umbrella, same way as the synergy cards for Dredge like the Azsharan/Sunken cards. Madam Goya from Mean Streets of Gadgetzan was the first card with an effect like that, as the replaced minion was not actually shuffled into the deck but swapped with the card, wherever it might have been placed in the deck at the time.
