Battlegrounds are rigged?

Just wondering if anyone else gets this issue.
Lets say for context ive gone with a Demon team, as soon as i get past rank 3 stars no matter how many times i refresh its every class except demons. I have literally gone 4-5 rounds refreshing 10 times per round and not a single demon has appeared. Normally i would say this is rng or bad luck but the more days i play it the more it happens, which leads me to getting knocked out.

Anyone else experienced this clear rig?

I can without doubt say that i have never even come close to rolling 40+ times and not hit a single minion of any tribe, let alone the one I was after.

Missing for 1 round or having to settle for poor options happens but never missing whole tribes all together.
