since a few weeks, i am getting kicked out of the game exactly in the moments of decision. win or loose… i am getting kicked off… this is no ZUFALL. there are players who can controll that… for sure you know that problem, but do you work on that issue?!
a patch , firewall or what else?!
i play Hearthstone since years… but the last weeks… aaarrrgh. they kicked me offline again and again… but only in the important moments… not in one single moment it is not important. only before they lose.

Happened me a few times too, but they say it is impossible to hack in this game because everything happens on server side. They say it is just bad luck or bug. You can realize it quickly when disconnected because usually animations stop or unusal visual things happen on the screen. Also try to keep an eye on your enemies round time. If you see no actions happen and the rope is not burning in time, you got DC-ed and should close the game immediately then restart to avoid lose your next turn. In Windows, Alt + F4 is the most effective. Also make sure to disable auto update for the game, because usually that is the other reason why you get disconnect. The game is start to update itself automatically but it needs to close itself to do that. That is the best advice I can give.
