How am I seeing legendary card backs and full pay to win decks in beginner ranks when playing? You know the ranks which someone who has already played the game before can’t access? I thought you go down to bronze at the start of the reason? Not… NEW player ranking?
Are… people really making new accounts to play against newbies?
Woulen’t surprise me as most of the players online can be no lifers.
The ranks are always reset in every month… so everyone is starting at Bronze 10 each month… even Legendaries. Btw Legendary card back means nothing more then your opponent reached Legendary rank once in one of the seasons… or in classic when it was broken by bots… don’t be frustrated just because your opponent has the Legendary card back…
I asked the same question when returned to the game 2 years ago… 
Why do I have to face enemies at Gold rank, who has Legendary card back… and then I started to build by own decks and made it to Diamond 5 in 7 months.
