Battlegrounds has become unplayable. You either win the lottery or you get squashed.
By turn 8 it’s all over. You either have all the cards, including Golden minions, or you sit around waiting for 2 minute tavern turns to end, just to lose.
If you haven’t won the lottery there is nothing you can do. Nothing. No matter what decisions you make, no matter what cards you pick, you cannot win. You just wait for the game to end.
It is time to bring in a system where you can concede from turn 8 onwards without suffering penalties. You already know there is no way you can win, so rather quit, and start a new game.
Sounds like you give up when you don’t get your cookie cutter combos and don’t want to switch to another when you have the opportunity.
One tip I will give you: Don’t lock in to a build at the start. Pick a few you might play and start assembling pieces. Ignore tribes at this point. Depending on other peoples builds, adjust to other ones you have more of a chance of getting. Lock in only once you have a solid foundation.
No, that’s not it. My point is that you get into a situation very early in the BG where you simply cannot win, no matter what you do.
I know my final position by turn 8. I am shockingly accurate with this. In Solo and Duo. I sometimes call this on turn 3.
Then you sit around waiting 20 minutes to finish in the position you called 20 minutes ago.
Blizzard must implement a concede system from turn 8 that has no penalties. You cannot expect players to sit around waiting for something to end that they cannot do anything about.
Congratulations; you just discovered how the blizztard algorithm work. there is nothing “random” in that game, the algorithm decided where you will end the game as soon as the lobby is created
