Blizzard hasn't responded to ticket. What to do?

6 days ago I created a WoW-related ticket, 2 days pass by, no response, I make a second one, 4 more days pass by, and no GM has responded to either yet. Thing is I can’t post on WoW forums, so idk what to do…

Should I reopen it till they respond or just sit there and wait? in the past the longest I waited was 20 hours, so 6 days seems weird… is this the average waiting time nowadays?
