Guide:
Roflstomp ppl, play on curve, muligan for 1 and 2.
Prioritize face dmg, but don’t go mindlesly there. Trade if you think enemy will remove e key murloc from the board. After turns 4-5 face is the place.

Best advice - don’t over think to play around stuff. Know verry well, what are the chances by turn 5t for a mass removal and just don’t over populate. Even chip dmg is important.

I can’t thank you enough

Have you ever doubted, that I wouldnt find the top smorc deck at the begining of an expansion… the lack of of trust is unbelieable :stuck_out_tongue:

Funnily enough, I’ve just been testing taunt warrior and beat this (or iterations of) twice :stuck_out_tongue:
It’s bloody strong though

Every deck beats every deck, depending on players
And yeah - Taunt Warrs are bit of skill testin matchups
Most problematic is the controll bc shaman, as he can burst heal himself and discover other heal spells

Not gonna lie, the match ups were close. Problem with taunt warrior is it has 4-5 turns of ramp up time so if you don’t draw well enough to deal with the early pressure you get stomped, but if your card draw is reasonably decent you can handle anything. Haven’t lost with it yes but it’s just a matter of time :stuck_out_tongue:

Damn. Currently playing on Mech Hunter because I’m used to its playstyle. So far five matches, four wins and one loss. If only I was patient enough to wait and notice this later before I locked the deck.

Ah well. Grats.

True that, also Taunt Warr is gaining popularity right now, and IMO there will be much more people playing it as their 2nd or 3rd run. Yet murloc pala has better chance to win.

Edit, sir finley is so great. Mainly hoping for lock hero power, but if your opponent has no heal/armor gain good options are hunter and mage hero powers
Siperos, do it as a 2nd run, mate. Also - how does the mech hunter deal with warrs right now, didnt have time to test it and didnt want to run the pre expo deck (using it in ladder in smoke brakes, so far 7 wins win streak since expansion, ranks 10-6)

Are you sure? HSreplay has it deadlocked at 55% matchup from 3,200 matchups already in favour of warrior, although it is very early days admittedly. I still reckon they’re pretty evenly match, literally depending on who has better draw/is the better player. I’m actually gonna be really interested to see how this matchup % evolves over the meta.

Yes, imo, the chance of murlocs to steal the win in the first 5 rounds is > then the one of the warrior stabilising and pushing a win afterwards

Fair enough, I guess it depends on a lot of variables like deck iteration/player skill/draw luck. It’s too hard from me to say this early. I still think they are closer to a 50/50 match up overall. Looking forward to finding out who’s right as the meta evolves

Edit: I’m currently 5-0 in Brawliseum with my taunt warrior. No murloc paladins yet, but I’ve had 2 auto-concedes :joy:

Gratz  im going for questwarrior.

So far taunt warrior is basicky a wall especially when they get as lucky as the last one i faced.

Quest priest is a toughy as well but doable

But i slaughtered myself through the rest in casual and a little ranked

In brawliseum just 2:1 so far but i lije to take my time with it.

So lets see where its going this evening

I’m so sick of drawing impossibly bad, if I end 6/3 I’m actually happy r/n

EDIT: Foccing BULLSHIET I met 3 hunters, every time I had between 3 and 6 minions and they always randomly kill my warleader
EDIT 2: If that didn’t win him the game getting Zul’Jin on 10 sure did, he was at 5 hp ffs

btw. Got Amet, now I can see if I was right about it being hella bad

Yeah, taunt warr is going to be FOTM deck for it, so in couple of days playing hard counters to it should net ez 8-10 wins

btw, just met a charge warr in ranked, broke my win streak, not even salty - it was amazing

Ah apoloigies, not my intention. Will edit it  Just thought it was kinda cool

Edit: Also, wasn’t really accusing you of stealing, was pretty much sure it was you :stuck_out_tongue:

You got a hint what was in the eeck? Cgarge warrior seems straigt forward but id still loce to know

I’ve been haing the same problem the last 2 days. I can accept bad runs of RNG, but just feels like the whole world is against me at the minute. Stabalised a bit since I’ve started testing my taunt warrior, probably mostly due to warrior being able to survive through some bad draw for a bit, but my shaman and druid decks were getting screwed over by draw big time

Bahahaha….I just lost for the first time against murloc pala because I held back on a card or two that could have turned the early game because I was waiting for the stupid Underbelly Angler to drop and wanted to hold onto a way of dealing with it………idiot

I dared to say a while ago that maybe blizz does a few things on purpose and I got flamed hard to the point I had to deny my claims and sugar coat them, Zul’Jin was also a top deck, very swingy rng

Well, the stupid thing about me holding onto those cards and possibly losing because I did is because murloc pala doesn’t HAVE Underbelly Angler…it’s a Shaman card…so I held onto them for nothing because I wasn’t thinking properly :stuck_out_tongue:
