Hello everyone, I haven’t played this game for quite a while. I decided to return and buy some packs, I have currently around 400 gold buy I don’t have an option to buy packs with my gold, only with the real money?
Been looking for the answer for an hour and don’t know what’s the deal, best it’s something stupid. So, if someone can help please 
it’s something stupid 
open the game and click the “shop” icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
then select the card set that you wanna buy on the left side.
on the right side you can select how many packs you wanna buy. select the left-most option (the one with the coin symbol underneath it).
if you double click on that icon, you can type in how many packs you wanna buy in one go (up to 50 is possible).
keep in mind that you can’t buy the pre-order set for the next expansion with gold. that stuff is only available for money. you’ll be able to buy packs for gold once it releases on december 10th.
edit: in case you don’t know this: you are now guaranteed a legendary within the first 10 packs of every expansion that you haven’t opened a pack of before august 1st 2017. depending on how long you’ve been gone this might be an easy way to farm legendaries/dust.
Appreciate your help mate, but apparently I don’t have that option 
I only have ‘GBP’ currency as an option (above buy button), I tried clicking everywhere - There is some big glowing card in the middle but I can’t choose stacks or change anything.

we can go through the process together step by step and figure out what went wrong. I tried it myself earlier on pc and just did on mobile, so it definitely works and we will find out how

edit: just had an idea: which card set did you select? is it “tombs of terror” by any chance? that’s a single-player adventure that can’t be bought by gold as a bundle (only individual wings in the solo adventures tab of the game).
try selecting a different card set via the icons on the left side of the screen (for example the one with the ‘latest expansion’-badge on it)
Correct me if im wrong but i belive thats the welcome bundle you have selected which gives you classic and a legendary dragon and cant be bought with gold, bundles always show at the top, packs well, look like a card pack so if you scroll down (or drag upwards) you will see more options which classic cards being at the very bottom and every other expansion afterwards which follows by release date (first 3 packs after classic will get routed out next year so my adivice is to get the 5th and 6th packs being rise of shadows and savious of uldum)
