Cant log in since new update

Since the update, the game trys ages to connect and then shows an error message.

The same for me. I am playing on PC and it states I need to update but I have no option to update.

The game was running smoothly before and during updateā€¦ I even got tot see the new design of deadly shot. But since the update is finalised Im stuck on the tavern Doorsā€¦ for over a day already. Blizzard plz fix soon!!

Im playing on pc and every time i want to start Hearthstone, i get an crash error. I canā€™t play the game anymore :frowning:

Could you try to re-install Hearthstone please. If that does not help out, please let us know what the crash message states.

@Mobile users:
Please make sure to check for any Android/IOS updates, make sure you are using an up to date operating system and try a re-install of the Hearthstone app.

Still canā€™t log in on Android tablet all software is up to date sticks at 46.3 mb after downloading and initialising

I can not anytime soon, but I havent had the need tot do any such things with any of the previous like 100 updates. Besides Im not the only one with this problem, so I guess its best tot look for what is bugged in the new update(s) rather then on my end.

I re-installed the game, but i still have the same problem. When i press play, there is an error that pops up before the game actually launches: ā€˜The game crashed. The crash report folder named ā€œ2019-07-05_015304ā€ next to the game executable. It would be great if youā€™d send it to the developer of the game!ā€™. Never had any problems before and it started after the latest update.

Latest patch arenā€™t working, evenma the one I just did this morning.

I have checked authorization, deleted app cache, data app>disinstalled it and reinstalled it.
I have a huawei p8, with 46% inner memory free, with 32 gb sd card half empty, 3gb ram, I close all apps and donā€™t jump menus

Same, the game wonā€™t open on mobile for 3 days nowā€¦ I think itā€™s time to consider hiring better developers blizzard :smile:

hi BLiZZARD! You need to change the cell phone that will show the choice of cards at first it disconnects from the cell phone that you connect to the computer, the two accounts should work simultaneously on the phone and on the computer, Connected to phone and Computer together

Mines the same on Android. Stuck at tavern doors, reinstalled 5 times. Works fine on pc but not at all on phone

Cant log in, even reset password. Authenticated. etc.
